• What is this mentorship community about?

• How is this different from group coaching or a learning hub?
  • While group coaching typically follows a set curriculum and learning hubs focus on self-guided materials, this membership revolves around you. It’s about tapping into my expertise while connecting with a community of peers who are just as invested in your success as you are. There’s no rigid program—just open dialogue, actionable insights, and tailored support.

• Is this mentorship membership right for me?
  • If you’re a small business owner looking for guidance, support, and a community that feels like family, this program is for you. However, if you are looking for, or strictly in need of, 1:1 support to build and grow your business, this program is not for you. I will not be offering 1:1 coaching through the membership. I will be offering insights and tools, but I will not be coaching you to a specific goal or outcome.

• What format is the content in?
  • The podcast episodes are audio, with downloadable resources like worksheets and guides accompanying many of the episodes which are included in the VCS HQ Hub/Resource Library resource.
  • The resource library offers a variety of formats, including videos, audio feeds, articles, written guides, downloadable checklists, editable templates, and more.

• Is there a community forum?
  • Yes! Our private forum allows you to connect with other members, ask questions, share experiences, and build a supportive network.
• Will I receive ongoing support?
  • Yes, the membership offers access to a community forum for ongoing support and networking with other members. You'll also have monthly live Q&A sessions to ask specific questions.
• Do you offer private coaching?
  • While the membership doesn't include coaching, you'll receive a discount on our 1:1 Mentorship Intensives

Membership and Access

• What do you mean by "beta" or "initiative" in reference to the membership?
  • This is the first iteration of the program, running through 2025. It’s your chance to shape the experience and provide feedback to ensure it’s exactly what you need. Depending on the impact of the initiative, I may or may not continue offering the membership after 2025. There is no lifetime access to the membership, nor is there lifetime access to any program or any resources or materials provided in, or through, the membership.
• Do you offer a free trial?
  • We do not currently offer a free trial, but we provide a comprehensive list of what's included in the membership to help you make an informed decision. Additionally, 
• How do I access the content?
  • Upon signup, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions on accessing the VCS HQ Resource Hub, the community forum the private podcast feeds, and the online community lab and lounge.
• Can I access the content on my phone?
  • Yes. While the membership is not available via a mobile app, the VCS HQ Hub and our Community Lab + Lounge space are optimized for moible devices. You can access the private podcast feeds on your preferred podcast listening app.
• What happens if the price goes up?
  • The initial founder's rate is $99/month, if you join by January 6, 2025. The introductory rate will then be $149/mo. After the introductory period ends, the general monthly rate will be announced. Therefore, the earlier you join, the less your monetary investment will be. founding members are guaranteed to keep this rate as long as they remain active.
  • If you're a continuing member who doesn't cancel your membership, you'll be grandfathered in at your current monthly rate as long as the promotion you joined under remains active. 
• What happens if I cancel my membership?
  • No worries! You can cancel your membership easily at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. However, any promotions or discounts you received will be terminated and will no longer be valid or available.
• Do you offer refunds?
  • No. We don't offer refunds on subscriptions or memberships. However, we understand wanting to try before you buy! For this reason, we offer numerous free resources, including our public podcasts, and complimentary event opportunities. These are perfect ways to experience our  vibe and explore the type of resources we offer before committing to the subscription. We also encourage you to ask any questions you may have before subscribing.
• Do you guarantee results?
  • No. We do not offer guarantees, or guarantee specific results, your success depends on your circumstances and the effort you put in. Nevertheless, we're dedicated to providing you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to achieve your brand-building and well-being goals.
